Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Valo.pk.Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance sale reasons.
